What's in my Suitcase: Europe Trip

My husband and I are taking our belated honeymoon trip to Europe tomorrow. Aside from visiting his home country, the UK, we'll also be traveling to Italy and France. I'm looking forward to spending time with his family, seeing the sights, trying out different local cuisines and of course, shopping until we drop! We're both really excited and can't wait!

Packing for a holiday to three different countries is incredibly tiring for me. I've never been a fan of packing and what makes it more difficult is that it's Fashion Week. All of my favorite models, fashion icons and bloggers are going to be roaming the streets and attending fashion shows. They will be dressed to the nines in gorgeous outfits so I need to step up and master chic dressing as well. I've been planning my Autumn wardrobe for weeks now and the items in the photo above are some of the ones that I will be wearing. I'll be donning textured pieces as well as geometric and animal prints.

I'm still deciding which shoes to bring with me but I'll definitely take my black suede pumps and nude peep toes from Call It Spring. Because we will be doing a lot of walking and tourist stuff, I will be packing my ballet flats. I'm also planning on getting a few pairs during our trip so there's really no need for taking so many.

As much as I want to bring my entire accessory collection, I selected pearl, silver, and black/ gold pieces instead to complement my outfits. I'll be wearing these items from Forever 21, Aldo, Romwe and The Bling Project.

Ever since my hubby got me this satin jewelry pouch, this has been my go-to travel accessory bag. The different compartments enable me to organize my items without the risk of damaging them. The jewelry pouch is definitely a must-have and is included in Nina Garcia's book, The One Hundred: A Guide to the Pieces Every Stylish Woman Must Own.

I keep all my make-up in my Estée Lauder cosmetic bag. I will only bring a few things: my make up brushes, mascara, lipsticks from L'Oreal, Chanel, Estée Lauder and MAC, The Body Shop eyelash curler, James Cooper foundation, Lumene bronzer, In2It eyebrow kit, Maybelline compact and my absolute favorite, the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette! This was a birthday gift from a friend in the US and I super love all the colors!

All my Autumn fashion inspiration came from this month's style bible, the September issue of Vogue Magazine. I heard this sold out pretty fast in the States so I was really happy my brother was able to get a copy and send it to me.

Will share pictures from our trip soon! :)
