That 70s Style: A-line Denim Skirts

One of the biggest trends this year is the 70s throwback. From streetstyle websites to high street shops and designer catwalks, the spotlight is on seventies-inspired fashion. This season, it's all about breezy peasant maxi dresses, bell sleeved blouses, suede pants, high-waisted flared jeans, mid-calf blocked booties and of course, A-line denim skirts.

I am obsessed with this style that's why I was so stoked to receive this button front denim mini skirt in the mail. It's such a basic and versatile piece― the looks you can put together with this are endless! You can easily throw a coat on and strap on some over-the-knee boots for a cozy Autumnal outfit. And for Spring and Summer, this denim mini will look beach-ready with a cropped top and lace-up espadrilles.

To inject Fall vibes into my ensemble, I teamed this denim skirt with a black turtleneck and suede boots. It really is one of the most comfortable outfits I've worn, perfect for a full day of errands.

Do you like A-line skirts? What's your favourite 70s-inspired trend? :)
