Tony Moly Spoiler Makeup Collection Review

Christmas is right around the corner and if you're still looking for makeup inspiration to go with your holiday looks, check out my thoughts below of my recent beauty haul from Tony Moly.

From their latest makeup collection, Spoiler offers a wide range of products from cushion compacts to strobing sticks and lip pencils.

Spoiler Strobing Sticks in #1 Pink Glow and #2 Gold Glow (P628 each)

If you've always had difficulty perfecting your highlighting skills, then this product is the one for you. A simple swipe using these strobing sticks will help you achieve that beautiful holiday glow without the fuss.

So what exactly is strobing? Instead of sculpting your face using dark and light colours, you make use of illuminating products to accentuate your features.

You basically apply on the parts of your face where the light would naturally hit: along your cheekbones, down the bridge of your nose, on your brow bone or at the inner corners of your eyes. This beauty technique helps make you look radiant and fresh while giving you a dewy, shimmery and youthful glow.
L-R swatches: #1 Pink Glow is a silvery white colour with pink highlights while #2 Gold Glow is a golden champagne with a pearlized finish.

I love that these strobing sticks blend nicely and are very easy to use. They come in handy on days when you're pressed for time but still want that healthy glow. And because they are quite compact, they are great to take with you when traveling.

Although Pink Glow is recommended for light to medium complexions and Gold Glow for medium to dark skintones, I find that both shades are universally flattering and can be used interchangeably.

Bottom to top: Spoiler Sheer Matte Lip Pencils in #2 Hug Me Tight, #8 Nine One One and #10 Coral Pumpkin (P348 each)

The easiest way to elevate your ensemble is by rocking a festive lip. With 10 gorgeous shades to choose from, there's bound to be a Spoiler pencil perfect for all your holiday parties.

L-R swatches: #2 Hug Me Tight is a coral pink shade while #8 Nine One One is a true red colour and #10 Coral Pumpkin is a warm terracotta hue.

If you plan on wearing a chic LBD to your office Christmas party, match it with shade #8 for that classic black dress and red lip combo. But if red is too bright for you, then shade #2 is a wonderful coral pink alternative. Earthy brown makeup looks punctuated with a muted orange lip colour just like shade #10 complete your Fall-inspired outfits.

These retractable lip pencils have a matte finish but are not drying. They have great colour pay off and last about 6 hours with food and fluid intake. Will definitely be buying more shades!

Spoiler Mini Cushion Blusher in #3 Peach Orange (P648)

I have always been curious about compact cushions and what better way to dip my toes into this über popular Korean makeup trend than by trying this mini cushion blusher.

Cushion compacts are game-changers in the beauty industry and are fast becoming everyone's go-to makeup because they offer natural and flawless coverage with added skincare benefits.

Housed in a black case with a pink top cover and a sponge soaked with the formula, this Tony Moly Spoiler mini cushion blusher gives you that post work out flush without breaking a sweat.

There are two other colours to choose from (01 Pink Fantasy and 02 Rose Coral) but I fell in love with this 03 Peach Orange shade.

I probably have three other peach blushes in my kit but I just couldn't resist getting another one. I mean, look at this colour― I'm obsessed! It feels very light on the skin, has a pleasant fruity scent and is perfect for that "no makeup" makeup look.

Safe to say, this is my favourite Tony Moly makeup collection to date. I'm looking forward to picking up their blush sticks and shade #2 of their best-selling cushion cover!

Have you tried any of these products? Which ones do you like? :)
